A practice that grew out of healing and keeps growing.

Wellness Integration is a growing circle of coaches, practitioners, and partners. Each of us brings a different expertise, and we work together so your support reaches every part of your life.

The Wellness Integration network can offer you more ways to do things like move your body, eat well, rest, spend time outdoors, and take part in your community.

How coaching works

Coaching supports sustainable lifestyle change through active listening, thoughtful questions, and collaborative goal setting. Together, we identify patterns, clarify what motivates you, and set realistic goals that honor body and spirit.

We focus on what is within your control: everyday habits, stress, obstacles, and motivation. Consistency is what makes the change last.

What to expect

  • The program

Six-week coaching sessions, built around the goals we set in your introductory call.

  • Cadence

In person, weekly or every other week, depending on your needs and schedule.

  • Between sessions

Brief texts or emails to keep you accountable and focused.

  • Your care team

Coaches are not therapists, counselors, or medical providers. We work alongside your healthcare team.

Meet Tracy

Tracy Green Clark is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with two Master’s degrees in Integrative Health and Organizational Development & Leadership. Her own journey into food as medicine, healing autoimmune illness through lifestyle change, and understanding the relationship with resources (time, money, nature) is the root of her practice. She works relationally, holding space for clients who are expanding awareness and practicing vitality.

We partner with clients in facilitating autonomy and developing lifestyle habits to restore their relationship with themselves, their resources, and the world they live in. We help clients cultivate deeper connections in order to….
